We are seeking a dynamic and strategic Key Account Manager to oversee and grow multiple retail accounts. This role will serve as the primary liaison between our brand, broker partners, and retail customers, ensuring strong execution, alignment, and continued sales growth.Key ResponsibilitiesServe as the main point of contact between the company, brokers, and assigned retail accountsBuild and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key retail partnersDevelop and execute account-specific strategies to drive revenue, distribution, and market share growthLead joint business planning processes with retailers and broker partnersOversee digital marketing initiatives across retail channels, optimizing performance and ROIAnalyze sales data, shopper insights, and category trends to inform strategy and identify growth opportunitiesManage trade planning, promotions, and pricing strategies in alignment with company objectivesCollaborate cross-functionally with marketing, supply chain, and leadership teams to ensure flawless executionMonitor and report on account performance, forecasting, and key KPIsQualifications4+ years of experience in CPG sales, account management, or related fieldProven experience managing retail accounts (e.g., grocery, mass, natural, or specialty channels)Strong background in retail planning and category managementHands-on experience with retailer and data platforms such as Nielsen and IRIDemonstrated ability to develop and execute successful sales and marketing strategiesStrong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insightsExcellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skillsHighly organized with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environmentPreferred QualificationsExperience working with brokers and managing indirect sales channelsFamiliarity with eCommerce and digital shelf strategiesPassion for health, wellness, and better-for-you consumer productsInterested in hearing more?
