VDriven Consulting offers services that are tailored to new brands' unique challenges and opportunities such as Sales & Brand Management, CPG Accounting, Deduction Management, Distribution & Supply Chain Consulting, Leadership Coaching, and Virtual Assistant Services.Role: Regional Sales ManagerThis Regional Sales Manager position will be responsible for managing our brands and retail partner relationships to execute business development and sales strategies. The role will help to make critical retail placements to support the growth and expansion of our brands while adding value by bringing new and innovative items to our Key Retail Partners.Responsibilities:Promote primarily new and emerging brands in the natural, specialty, and conventional retail channelAdvise brands on Go-to-Market retail strategies and execute to planDefine clear sales goals and objectives and achieve said targetsLead business development activities with retailers (large and small)Own the state of Texas with a special focus on Whole Foods Conduct biweekly meetings with all clients to provide updates on target lists, review sell sheets/sales decks, discuss category review schedules, and strategize on key accounts.Help train and manage offshore support resourcesAttend food shows to support current clients, prospect for new clients, and meet with retailersAssist clients with the management of distributorsManage CRM system to ensure all processes are tracked accordinglyTravel required up to 50%Skills Required:Proficiency in ExcelExperience in CRM Software Management a plusEffective Presentation SkillsStrong (verbal and written) communication skills with an ability to build relationshipsConfident in presiding meetingsWith 2-3 plus years of proven experience in the same capacityUnderstanding of sales principles and ability to deliver an excellent customer experienceQualifications:3-5 years of experience in CPG Industry or Food IndustryShould be middle-manager experienceShould be residing in any of the major cities in TexasSalary Annual salary is between 75k - 105k, depending on experience
