Senior Financial Accountant

The Senior Financial Analyst performs all duties related to financial close, costing, FP&A, budgeting, and setting/analyzing standard costs.Key Responsibilities:Support monthly close, journal entries, and financial reportingPerform cost accounting and analyze standard vs. actual costs (material, labor, overhead)Analyze Volume / Mix / Price and explain variancesAssist with budgeting, forecasting, and financial planningMaintain and update BOMs and cost systems (SAP / MFG Pro)Monitor inventory, material, and labor costs, identifying improvement opportunitiesEnsure compliance with SOX and internal controlsProvide financial insights and reporting to plant leadershipQualifications:Bachelor's degree in Finance or Accounting3–6+ years of experience in manufacturingExceptional skills with Microsoft Office, specifically Excel.Experience with financial systems required. MFG Pro/SAP/HFM applications preferredDemonstrated ability to analyze complex data and communicate findings by verbal or presentation format.
