Accountant – Construction Industry | Full-TimeWe are seeking a detail-oriented Accountant to join our team and support accounting operations across multiple construction-related companies. The ideal candidate will have experience with Sage 300 Real Estate and Construction (CRE) and Sage Paperless Construction, along with a solid background in accounts payable, accounts receivable, and job cost management.Key ResponsibilitiesProcess invoices and payment applications in Sage Paperless Construction and Sage 300 CREManage Accounts Payable across multiple companies, including payment processing and lien waiversEnter and reconcile Accounts Receivable, monitor outstanding balances, and coordinate with project managersMaintain accurate job cost data, including estimates, budgets, and change orders; sync with Procore as neededRun regular financial reports to support cash flow management and project accountingQualificationsPrior experience using Sage 300 Real Estate and Construction and Sage Paperless Construction preferred.Strong attention to detail, accuracy, and organizational skills.Experience in the construction accounting field highly desirable but not required.Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.What We OfferFull-time, 40-hour work week100% company-paid premium health insurance401(k) with 3% company contribution after 4 months (no employee contribution required)Traditional or Roth contribution optionsIf you’re an experienced accounting professional seeking a stable, team-oriented environment with excellent benefits, we’d love to hear from you.Apply by sending your resume to melissa@cms-gc.com.
