Position Highlights Groundbreaking Opportunity - Be part of the founding team of a brand-new hospital-employed anesthesiology group. Diverse Case Mix - Work across general surgery, orthopedics, urology, OB, neurosurgery, oncology, and cardiology (TEE & EP). High-Volume Practice - Over 1,200 surgical cases per month in a fast-paced, well-equipped hospital. Flexible Scheduling - Choose between 8-hour or 10-hour shifts, with additional earnings for call coverage. Manageable Call Ratio - 1:10.5 call, with post-call days off. Leadership Pathways - Early hires have the opportunity for directorship roles in medical leadership, CRNA integration, and acute pain management. CRNA Expansion - Collaborate in launching a CRNA program, starting in endoscopy and outpatient settings.
