You will ground product direction in evidence—research, analytics, client input, and competitive intelligence—and translate it into strategy artifacts, a multi-release roadmap, and measurable outcomes. You will run an operating rhythm that enables leadership decisions and aligns teams across IBS, including a coordinated approach to AI and non-AI enhancements. You will partner closely with engineering, architecture, UX, sales, support, operations, and risk/compliance to deliver outcomes, guide investment decisions through business cases, and drive go-to-market readiness and adoption.About The TeamYou will join a team of experienced product managers working across core banking, sales and service, data and analytics, and open APIs to deliver new products and enhancements for a rapidly changing fintech landscape.What You Will Be DoingOwn product lifecycle management (vision, roadmap, pricing inputs, launch, growth, and rationalization/sunset recommendations)Lead market definition, customer needs analysis, and competitive research to identify opportunities, risks, and differentiated positioningLeverage existing insights and assets (research, analytics, customer forums, field input, and support trends) to identify friction, modernization blockers, and opportunity themesEstablish continuous learning practices (industry signals, competitive narratives, internal knowledge sharing) and turn findings into strategic recommendationsCreate and maintain strategy artifacts (journey maps, workflow inventories, use cases, pillars/themes) that inform planning and roadmap discussionsDevelop business cases to justify investments, including benefits, costs, dependencies, and risk assessmentLead go-to-market planning and execution in partnership with sales and marketing (launch readiness, enablement, and adoption)Own prioritization and roadmap execution; translate strategy into well-defined initiatives, epics, and features with clear success metricsPartner with UX and technology to design user-centered experiences and ensure the backlog is actionable, groomed, and ready for deliveryRecommend and evaluate potential third-party partnerships and ecosystem relationships that strengthen the product offeringAct as an internal and external voice for the product, aligning stakeholders on the roadmap, narrative, and outcomesDefine product OKRs and track performance (adoption, customer outcomes, revenue/margin, and profitability) to drive continuous improvementDrive a decision-making operating rhythm by delivering monthly strategic briefs, supporting quarterly leadership updates, and maintaining a repository of strategy and research artifactsPartner with related teams to align on one coordinated AI direction for IBS (priorities, ownership, and timelines) and ensure appropriate governance with risk/compliance and human oversightCollaborate with product owners, stakeholders, customers, and architects to set expectations, manage tradeoffs, and deliver cohesive releasesWhat You Bring7–10+ years of experience in product management, product strategy, or related roles delivering technology products in fintech, banking, or other regulated industriesExperience owning product vision and multi-release roadmaps, including prioritization, sequencing, and success metricsDemonstrated ability to lead discovery (market/customer/competitive research) and translate insights into clear requirements and outcomesExperience partnering with engineering, UX, and architecture teams in an agile environment to deliver incrementally and manage tradeoffsStrong cross-functional collaboration skills with sales, marketing, support, operations, legal, and risk/compliance partnersBusiness acumen, including experience building business cases and understanding product financial performance (revenue, margin, cost-to-serve)Strong influence and leadership skills, with the ability to align teams to a shared vision and drive execution through ambiguityComfort working in a regulated environment and partnering with risk/compliance to ensure solutions (including AI/automation) include appropriate controls, explainability, and governanceExperience synthesizing qualitative and quantitative inputs into strategy artifacts and executive-ready decision materialsExperience leading go-to-market planning and launch readiness (positioning, enablement, and adoption), including pricing/packaging inputsPolished communication skills and executive presence; comfortable presenting decision materials, demos, and updates to varied audiencesKnowledge of banking industry concepts and associated products; experience with core banking solutions and loan operations is desired and experience with IBS a plusGeneral business skills, financial planning discipline, long-term vision, and strong stakeholder managementWhat We Offer YouA career at FIS is more than just a job.
