Oracle Fusion Consultant

Century Group is partnering with a client that is seeking a Oracle Fusion Consultant to assist their team. Exact compensation may vary based on skills, experience, and location. Expected starting pay rate of $50.00 to $60.00 per hour.Job ResponsibilitiesSupport Oracle based enterprise projects by assisting with system improvements enhancements and optimization efforts. Partner with accounting and finance teams to align system functionality with business and reporting needs. Assist with system configuration testing and troubleshooting to ensure accurate system performance. Contribute to process improvement initiatives by identifying inefficiencies and recommending solutions within workflows. Develop and maintain documentation including policies procedures and system related guidance materials. RequirementsBring hands on experience working with Oracle Fusion or similar enterprise resource planning systems. Demonstrate strong understanding of accounting processes and how they integrate within system environments. Possess experience supporting system implementations upgrades or related project work. Work effectively in a fast paced project driven environment with changing priorities. Communicate clearly and collaborate with cross functional teams to support system initiatives. QualificationsProvide support during system transitions by assisting with testing validation and user guidance. Maintain organized documentation and ensure processes are clearly defined and consistently followed. Identify opportunities to improve data accuracy reporting and system usability.
