Acumatica ERP Business Analyst
Serving as the primary functional and technical owner of Acumatica ERP and Salesforce CRM, the full-time Business Systems Analyst will manage system operations, drive continuous improvement initiatives, and optimize Finance and Business Development processes in a remote work environment.
Key responsibilities
Administer Acumatica, including configuration, user access, and workflow optimization for Finance operations
Own the integration layer between SAP Concur and Acumatica, ensuring operational health and leading improvement initiatives
Administer Salesforce, designing and deploying solutions to support the Business Development lifecycle and integrating with Acumatica
Required qualifications
5+ years in a business analyst, systems analyst, or systems administrator role supporting ERP and/or CRM platforms
Minimum 2 years of hands-on Acumatica configuration experience, including user management and Finance module administration
Hands-on SAP Concur experience in invoice processing and AP workflows
Experience with Salesforce administration, including configuration and reporting
Acumatica certification or formal training is required; Salesforce Administrator certification is a plus
