About This RoleWells Fargo is seeking a Technology Workplace Senior Analytics Consultant (Senior Analytics Consultant), as part of the Technology Management and Resiliency group.Learn more about career areas and lines of business at wellsfargojobs.com.You will support workforce operations and transformation initiatives within Technology's Workplace Experience team. This role is responsible for enhancing workplace operational processes and tools through automation, system improvements, and the implementation of transformation initiatives.You will also manage customer engagement platforms, including SharePoint and Microsoft Teams.This position emphasizes innovative problem-solving, driving culture change, and translating workplace strategy into measurable, data-driven outcomes. Key responsibilities include maintaining accurate space and seating data, coordinating building and workspace updates across Technology locations, and ensuring data integrity.Additionally, you will analyze space and occupancy data to generate actionable insights, while supporting operational reporting, governance, and informed decision-making.In This Role, You WillConsult, review and research moderately complex business, operational, and technical challenges that require an in-depth evaluation of variable data factorsPerform moderately complex data analysis to support and drive strategic initiatives and business needsDevelop a deep understanding of technical systems and business processes to extract data driven insights while identifying opportunities for engineering enhancementsLead or participate on large cross group projectsMentor less experienced staffCollaborate and consult with peers, colleagues, external contractors, and mid-level managers to resolve issues and achieve goalsLeverage a solid understanding of compliance and risk management requirements for supported areaResolve complex, ambiguous, and cross-functional issues by identifying root causes and delivering practical short- and long-term solutionsOperate with autonomy, exercising sound judgment to balance speed, rigor, and risk and determining when escalation is appropriateIdentify and develop AI-driven automation and predictive models to support workforce and workplace analytics (e.g., automating data intake/validation, refreshing dashboards, and analyzing behavior and occupancy trends to forecast seat and space needs across sites)Manage customer engagement outlets, including build and maintenance of new or expanded outlets across SharePoint, Teams, etcRequired Qualifications4+ years of Analytics experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, educationDesired QualificationsStrong data analysis and analytical problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex datasets and derive actionable insightsProven experience with workforce operational metrics, including dashboard reporting, capacity planning, forecasting, and trend analysisDemonstrated success supporting projects and strategic initiatives in complex, cross-functional environments, with the ability to influence stakeholders and drive changeAbility to solve complex, ambiguous problems using strategic, innovative, and systems-level thinkingProven capability to navigate uncertainty, create clarity, and deliver measurable, outcome-driven resultsStrong execution skills with an agile, iterative mindset; able to adapt quickly and continuously learn while delivering high-quality outcomesSound judgment in balancing speed, rigor, and risk, with an understanding of regulatory, reputational, and people-related risk considerationsTrack record of proactively identifying solutions and presenting actionable options, rather than escalating issues without recommended paths forwardJob ExpectationsPosition offers a hybrid work scheduleThis position is not eligible for Visa sponsorshipRelocation assistance is not available for this positionPosting Locations:300 S Brevard Street.
