This role will act as a bridge between business stakeholders and technical teams, ensuring requirements are clearly defined, projects are delivered on time, and data-driven solutions align with business objectives.Key ResponsibilitiesElicit, analyze, and document business and functional requirements for data-driven initiativesTranslate business needs into clear user stories, acceptance criteria, and process flowsManage project execution using Agile/Scrum methodologies, including sprint planning and backlog groomingPartner with engineering, data, and QA teams to ensure accurate implementation of requirementsTrack project milestones, dependencies, risks, and deliverablesSupport teams working with databases and structured data, ensuring requirements align with existing data schemasUse basic SQL to validate data, perform ad-hoc analysis, and support requirements verificationFacilitate stakeholder meetings, status updates, and project communicationsEnsure documentation is accurate, up to date, and aligned with delivery timelinesRequired QualificationsExperience as a Business Analyst, Project Manager, or hybrid BA/PM roleStrong understanding of Agile/Scrum frameworksHands-on experience working with databasesBasic SQL proficiency (ability to write simple queries, joins, and filters)Understanding of data schemas, tables, and relationshipsStrong analytical, organizational, and communication skillsFinancial applications experienceD365 F&OMinimum experience as BA/PM 8 yrs.Nice-to-Have SkillsExperience supporting data platforms, analytics, or reporting solutionsFamiliarity with Agile tools such as Jira, Azure DevOps, or ConfluenceExperience in regulated or data-intensive industries (finance, healthcare, etc.)PMP, PMI-ACP, CBAP, or similar certificationEducationBachelor s degree in Business, Information Systems, Computer Science, or related field (or equivalent experience)
