Participate in patient rounding to monitor progress and make necessary adjustments to treatment plans. Utilize Cerner EMR for documentation and patient record management. Provide education and support to patients and their families, helping them understand their condition and treatment plan. Critical Care Skills: Perform critical care procedures as required, such as central line placement, arterial line placement, and intubation.
