Job DescriptionEssential Duties and ResponsibilitiesAssemble parts and components to form complete units or subassemblies at a bench or conveyor lineUse hand tools, small power tools, and other specialized equipment to perform assembly tasksFollow detailed written and verbal work instructions to ensure accurate assemblyReassemble or rework units as required to meet quality and production standardsInspect assembled components for completeness and basic quality requirementsIdentify and report assembly issues, defects, or missing components to supervisionMaintain a clean, organized, and safe work areaComply with all safety procedures, policies, and work instructionsRequired QualificationsHigh school diploma or GEDAbility to follow detailed written and verbal instructionsBasic mechanical aptitudeAbility to learn assembly processes through on‑the‑job trainingAttention to detail and qualityDependable attendance and ability to work assigned schedulesExperiencePrior manufacturing or assembly experience is helpful but not requiredCompensation Information$17.50 - $18.00/hr depending on experienceITW is an equal opportunity employer.
