Mechanical Assembler III
Job Description:Key Responsibilities
Assemble mechanical components, subassemblies, and finished products according to specifications
Use hand tools, small power tools, and specialized assembly equipment safely and effectively
Interpret and follow technical drawings, blueprints, work instructions, and written directions
Perform rework or reassembly of units as required to meet quality standards
Identify and report quality issues, defects, or process concerns
Provide guidance, mentoring, and informal leadership to less experienced assemblers as needed
Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area
Comply with all safety, quality, and company policiesQualificationsHigh school diploma or equivalent
Minimum of three (3) years of relevant mechanical assembly experience
Demonstrated ability to read and understand technical drawings and written work instructions
Proficiency with hand tools and small power tools
Strong attention to detail and quality
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
Effective communication skillsPhysical RequirementsAbility to stand, sit, or move for extended periods
