It is known for its hands-on approach, deep technical expertise-particularly in wood-frame and urban construction-and long-standing relationships with developers, architects, and subcontractors.Job DescriptionConstruction Project ManagerManage all aspects of multifamily, woodframe residential new construction projects, ensuring on-time and on-budget delivery.Coordinate with architects, engineers, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure project requirements are met.Develop and oversee project schedules, budgets, and resource allocation.Monitor project progress and resolve any issues or delays that arise.Ensure compliance with safety regulations, building codes, and project specifications.Communicate effectively with stakeholders to provide regular updates on project status.Conduct site inspections to ensure quality standards are met.Support the team in identifying and mitigating potential risks to project success.General knowledge of Building and Construction CodesMPI does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, national origin, age, disability, veteran status, marital status, or based on an individual's status in any group or class protected by applicable federal, state or local law.
