Construction Project Manager – Retail (Shopping Centers)Location: Harrison, NY (Significant Travel Required)Overview:We are seeking a high-potential Construction Project Manager to support the development and renovation of retail shopping centers. This role is ideal for someone with 5–10 years of experience who is looking to grow within a fast-paced environment, working closely with and reporting directly to the Director of Construction. The position offers strong exposure to end-to-end project execution across multiple sites.Responsibilities:Manage construction projects across retail shopping center locations from pre-construction through completionCoordinate with architects, engineers, contractors, and internal stakeholders to ensure timelines and budgets are metOversee site progress, conduct regular site visits, and ensure quality and safety standards are upheldTrack project budgets, schedules, and reporting; proactively identify risks and solutionsSupport tenant build-outs, renovations, and capital improvement projectsAssist in vendor selection, contract management, and procurement processesProvide regular updates to the Director of Construction and senior leadershipQualifications:5–10 years of experience in construction project management (retail, commercial, or shopping centers preferred)Strong understanding of construction processes, budgeting, and schedulingAbility to manage multiple projects simultaneously across different locationsExcellent communication and stakeholder management skillsWillingness to travel frequently to project sitesBachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field preferredWhy This Role:This is a great opportunity for a rising project manager to gain hands-on experience across a portfolio of retail assets, with direct mentorship from senior leadership and clear growth potential within the organization.
