As an Insulation Project Estimator, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the success of our insulation projects. Daily Responsibilities: Help set appointments for customers requesting insulation Identify and measure the exact quantities of materials, labor, and equipment needed for a project by inspecting the subject property (including taking pictures of the job area) Prepare estimates for insulation projects Create pre-service checklist Collaborate with the team on project requirements Develop scope of work and work with the customers to obtain project approval Collect deposits from customers and schedule jobs Required Skills: No experience required but insulation experience is preferred People person with confidence and a positive demeanor Excellent written and verbal communication skills Ambitious attitude with the ability to understand strategic objectives and the tactical goals to get there Many customers have dogs so you must be able to work around dogs Nice to Have Skills: Experience in construction Proficiency in Housecall Pro Knowledge of structural design and building construction Ability to read and interpret blueprints Strong skills in scope development and bidding Drywall repair skills is desireable Salary and Benefits: This position offers a competitive salary ranging from $48,000 to $60,000, depending on experience.
