Job Title: Maintenance ManagerLocation: Milton, NYType: Full Time (W2)Benefits: Vision, Dental, 401K, Performance Bonus, PTO.About the Role:We are seeking a hands-on, strategic Maintenance Manager to lead and optimize maintenance operations within a high-volume bottling environment. This role is critical in minimizing downtime, improving equipment performance, and driving operational efficiency across the facility. Key Responsibilities:Oversee and manage the Maintenance Coordinator and maintenance teamMaximize efficiency and productivity of maintenance staff and work hoursDevelop and execute a proactive maintenance strategy to reduce downtimeProvide ongoing coaching, feedback, and performance management to mechanicsTroubleshoot and address issues related to PLC systems and automationEnsure optimal performance of filler machinery and bottling equipmentIdentify process improvements and implement solutions to increase uptimePartner cross-functionally with production and operations teams Qualifications:Minimum 5+ years of maintenance management experiencePrior experience in bottling, liquid pharmaceuticals, dairy, or brewery environmentsStrong understanding of filler machinery and automated production linesProven leadership ability with a hands-on management styleAbility to build and execute strategic maintenance plansStrong communication and team development skillsExperience troubleshooting PLC systemsResults-driven with a focus on reducing downtime and improving efficiency What We’re Looking For:A true leader who can motivate and hold teams accountableSomeone who is both strategic and hands-onA problem-solver who thrives in a fast-paced production environmentA professional who takes ownership and drives measurable results
