This role includes replacing temporary protections, performing daily verification walks, and collaborating closely with the Site Services team to ensure all work is completed safely and effectively.Key ResponsibilitiesInstallation & MaintenanceInstall approved long-term protective materials above and around designated electrical panels to prevent water intrusion.Remove and replace existing temporary protection solutions.Ensure all installation work meets facility safety and quality standards.Daily Verification WalksConduct daily inspections to locate at risk electrical panels.Identify and document any deficiencies or risks related to water intrusion.Report findings to Site Services Manager and receive corrective actions as needed.Safety PracticesUse ladders safely, maintaining three points of contact at all times when ascending or descending.Ensure ladders are inspected, positioned properly, and used according to site safety guidelines.Wear required PPE and follow all facility electrical-safety protocols.Work safely around energized equipment and elevated work areas.Team CollaborationWork directly with the Site Services team to evaluate protection needs and plan installation work.Participate in project planning, walk-downs, and execution activities.Communicate project status, risks, and material needs clearly and proactively.QualificationsExperience working around industrial electrical equipment (preferred).Ability to safely use ladders and hand tools.Strong attention to detail and documentation skills.Ability to work with cross-functional teams.Commitment to workplace safety and adherence to all safety guidelines.Physical RequirementsAbility to climb ladders and perform work at elevated heights.Ability to lift and handle materials as needed for installation tasks.Ability to perform daily walking inspections across facility areas.Behavioral Requirements:Attention to Detail: Thorough in completing tasks to ensure cleanliness and hygieneDependability: Reliable and punctual, able to complete tasks with minimal supervisionIntegrity: Honest and ethical, particularly in handling company property and equipment as well as clocking time accuratelyFlexibility: Willing to adapt to changing tasks and schedules Additional Information / BenefitsPaid trainingWeekly pay period (Early Wage Access with Daily Pay)Health / Dental / Vision insurance (Available to full time employees)401K (With company match)Paid time off (Accrued weekly)Career advancement opportunitiesPaid HolidaysBereavement (Available to full time employees)Company wide engagement/recognition platformThis job reports to the Matt Bouchard
