You assist with daily living activities while ensuring the health, safety, comfort, and dignity of every resident.Assist residents with meals, feeding, hygiene, ambulation, and positioningMonitor resident condition and report changes to the nurseRespond promptly to call lights and resident requestsDocument care and maintain confidentialityFollow facility policies, procedures, and compliance standardsProvide support in different units as neededPerform other duties as assignedCurrent CNA certification in accordance with state regulationsCPR certification requiredAbility to communicate clearly in EnglishLong-term care experience preferred, but not required – we welcome motivated caregivers ready to growSit, stand, bend, and walk regularlyLift/move up to 100 lbsVisual and auditory ability to perform required dutiesModerate noise level typical of a healthcare environmentPaid Leave TimeSupportive, team-focused environment
