When you look at the number of repeat clients we have our success speaks for itself.We are currently seeking to hire a Maintenance Technician as a member of our Seamless Team your importance is supporting or preventative maintenance programs. As the Maintenance Technician, you will assist in the maintenance and repair of equipment and facilities. You will work to minimize unplanned downtime, improve production quality, increase equipment efficiency, and maintain a clean and a safe work environment.Follow the facility's preventative maintenance programConduct scheduled inspections of fluid levels, air filters, Machines notify supervisor of issues as neededMaintain clean and organized environment in the Maintenance Department work area; promptly clean up after maintenance and repair work is completed within the facilityAssist in equipment testing and follow manufacturer's guidelinesPerform corrective actions required for out-of-specification conditions as directed by supervisorAssist in analytical troubleshooting of issues to maintain equipment and facilitiesAccurately record and document all completed maintenance, modifications, and repairsRun company errands and pick up equipment, materials, and supplies as requiredPromptly report observed equipment, facility, and maintenance needs to supervisorMake suggestions for changes which would help the facility achieve improved efficiency, quality, and safetyAssist in maintaining the inventory of maintenance supplies, tools, and replacement partsThis position is responsible for safe work practices and responsible manner to prevent damage of equipment or propertyMust have the ability to report for work on time, follow directions, interact effectively with coworkers, understand, and follow rules and procedures and accept constructive criticisWe Are Seeking Candidates with The Following QualificationsEducation - College or technical degree in mechanical, electrical, or industrial maintenance preferred; High school diploma or equivalent plus 3+ years industrial maintenance experience PreferredElectrical experience commercial 3phase along with machine controlsMust possess troubleshooting skills with mechanical equipment and be analyticalMay be required to work overtime or any shift, including weekendsMust demonstrate the ability to read, write and communicate the English languageKnowledge and hands on experience of computer applications including Microsoft Office and databases is preferredThis position requires the following physical and mental demands consisting of, but not limited to the following:Must be able to work in an industrial environment at elevated heights and in confined spacesAbility to bend, pull, stoop, stand, walk, kneel, crouch, crawl, climb, and reach to perform functionsAbility to lift/push/pull up to 50 lbs.May be exposed to heat, fumes, noise, and humidity, etc.Visual acuity to read documents, computer screens, files, etc.Ability to hear in person and via phoneMust be able to pass a drug test
