Principal Tax CPA

A company is looking for a Principal CPA, Director of Tax (US - Remote). Key Responsibilities Maintain strong client relationships and uphold quality control standards for client deliverables Lead and mentor the tax team, including preparing and reviewing tax planning documents and returns Research tax issues and provide strategic recommendations to clients regarding tax compliance and planning Required Qualifications CPA certification with 8+ years of experience, primarily in public accounting Experience in client-facing roles with a strong understanding of client businesses Proficiency in cloud-based accounting platforms and major tax preparation software Experience with project management or task management tools Ability to work independently in a remote setting with a proactive attitude
