Industrial Machinery Technician

Job Description We are seeking experienced Industrial Machinery Technicians to join our factory production and field support teams. This role involves hands-on work with mechanical and electrical equipment, focusing on Assembly and Test of new machines as well as Maintaining, Troubleshooting, and Repairing customer industrial machinery in high tech field locations. Candidates with a solid background in pneumatics, fluid plumbing, PLC controls, machine wiring, mechanical assembly, and diagnostics will thrive in this position. We value exceptional experience and offer competitive compensation packages accordingly.ResponsibilitiesAssemble, test, dismantle, and QC custom mechanical and electronic equipmentRead and interpret on-screen drawings to assemble fluid and pneumatic pipingInstall pneumatics, fluid plumbing systems, hardware, and related machine systemsPerform diagnostics and repairs on electrical wiring and machine componentsInstall ductwork, conduit, field control wiring and machine subsystems in high tech facilitiesAnalyze and resolve equipment issues related to mechanical, electrical, and pneumatic malfunctionsUse your mechanics hand tools with precision to attach hardware without damaging finished surfacesOn occasions, travel to customer sites, including international locations, for setup and trainingComply with all company safety and operational rulesSupport the team by being your own manager and knowing your top three priorities for any given work day and prepare for successful production at all times. Required QualificationsMinimum 3 years of experience in industrial machinery setting. Prefer 5+ years. This can be facility maintenance in large plants, work at food service centers, distribution centers, or an equivalent role in the military.High school education with excellent English communication skillsDriver's license with a clean driving record, no felonies, suitable for federal facility accessPass a stringent government background checkPhysical ability to climb ladders, stand for extended periods, and lift up to 50-lbsStrong self-management skills to meet production schedules
