The role requires strong functional knowledge across SAP ECC, hands-on exposure to SAP Fiori, and the ability to work closely with business stakeholders in Hi-tech or discrete manufacturing environment. S/4HANA exposure is a strong plus.Key ResponsibilitiesLead functional design, configuration, and support for SAP CRM and SAP SDOwn and optimize end-to-end Order-to-Cash (O2C) processes, including:o Opportunity to Ordero Order Managemento Pricing & Rebateso Contractso Billing & Invoicingo Returns & Credit ManagementEngage with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into functional solutionsConfigure and support solutions in SAP ECC landscapesCollaborate with technical teams on enhancements, interfaces, reports, and integrationsSupport and enable SAP Fiori applications, including functional validation and UAT coordinationParticipate in testing phases (Unit, SIT, UAT) and ensure timely defect resolutionProvide post-go-live support and continuous process improvement recommendationsDevelop functional documentation, business process flows, and end-user training materialsRequired QualificationsBachelor's degree in information systems, Engineering, or related field15+ years of hands-on SAP Functional experienceStrong expertise in:o SAP CRMo SAP SDo Order-to-Cash (O2C) processesProven experience working with SAP ECCFunctional experience with SAP Fiori appsStrong business process knowledge, preferably in:o Semiconductor equipment manufacturing, oro Discrete manufacturing environments• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to:o Interact effectively with business users and IT teamso Explain complex SAP concepts to non-technical stakeholderso Lead workshops and requirement discussionsNice-to-Have SkillsExposure to or project experience with SAP S/4HANAExperience supporting ECC to S/4HANA transformation initiativesUnderstanding of CRM-SD-FI integration pointsPrior experience in high-tech or manufacturing-driven organizationsSoft SkillsStrong analytical and problem-solving abilitiesExcellent verbal and written communication skillsStrong stakeholder management and business partnering capabilityAbility to work independently in a fast-paced, onsite/hybrid environment
