The role requires strong functional knowledge across SAP ECC, hands-on exposure to SAP Fiori, and the ability to work closely with business stakeholders in Hi-tech or discrete manufacturing environment. S/4HANA exposure is a strong plus.Key ResponsibilitiesLead functional design, configuration, and support for SAP CRM and SAP SDOwn and optimize end-to-end Order-to-Cash (O2C) processes, including:Opportunity to OrderOrder ManagementPricing & RebatesContractsBilling & InvoicingReturns & Credit ManagementEngage with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into functional solutionsConfigure and support solutions in SAP ECC landscapesCollaborate with technical teams on enhancements, interfaces, reports, and integrationsSupport and enable SAP Fiori applications, including functional validation and UAT coordinationParticipate in testing phases (Unit, SIT, UAT) and ensure timely defect resolutionProvide post-go-live support and continuous process improvement recommendationsDevelop functional documentation, business process flows, and end-user training materialsRequired QualificationsBachelor's degree in information systems, Engineering, or related field15+ years of hands-on SAP Functional experienceStrong expertise in:SAP CRMSAP SDOrder-to-Cash (O2C) processesProven experience working with SAP ECCFunctional experience with SAP Fiori appsStrong business process knowledge, preferably in:Semiconductor equipment manufacturing, orDiscrete manufacturing environmentsExcellent communication skills, with the ability to:Interact effectively with business users and IT teamsExplain complex SAP concepts to non-technical stakeholdersLead workshops and requirement discussions
