For more information, visit selectmedical.com.The Palantir AIP & Foundry Engineer will act as a technical expert embedded within the Revenue Cycle team, responsible for designing, developing, and deploying automation solutions using Palantir's AIP and Foundry platforms. This role combines technical engineering, customer-facing consulting, and product deployment to streamline outpatient physical therapy revenue cycle processes and deliver measurable efficiency gains.The ideal candidate is a self-starter with hands-on experience in Palantir AIP and Foundry, strong programming skills, and a passion for solving complex operational challenges through data-driven automation.ResponsibilitiesDesign and implement automation workflows within Palantir AIP and Foundry to optimize revenue cycle operations.Build and maintain data pipelines and transformation logic using PySpark and SQL.Integrate disparate data sources to create unified, automated workflows.Develop custom dashboards, analytic tools, and applications to drive operational efficiency.Collaborate with revenue cycle leaders to identify high-impact automation opportunities.Ensure solutions are scalable, maintainable, and compliant with enterprise data governance and HIPAA security standards.Provide documentation and knowledge transfer for long-term sustainability.Mentor junior developers and uphold software development best practices.QualificationsBachelor's degree in a STEM field or equivalent forward-deployed engineering experience.3+ years of experience developing solutions using Palantir Foundry and/or AIP.Proficiency in Python, SQL, PySpark, and Typescript.Strong understanding of data structures, cloud infrastructure, front-end tooling, and large-scale data processing.Experience building data pipelines, operational workflows, and automation logic in enterprise environments.Excellent communication skills and ability to work with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.Healthcare experience preferred but not required.Additional DataSelect Medical and its parent company, Select Medical Holdings Corporation (NYSE: SEM), are based in Mechanicsburg, Pennsylvania, and honored to be recognized as one of America's Best-In-State (Pennsylvania) Employers 2020 by Forbes.For more information, visit selectmedical.com or https://youtube.com/SelectMedicalTV.
