Fieldglass Specialist

Location: RemoteEmployment Type: W2/ContractWe are seeking an experienced SAP Fieldglass Consultant to lead and support the implementation, configuration, and optimization of SAP Fieldglass-a leading cloud-based Vendor Management System (VMS). This role is essential to helping clients streamline external workforce and services procurement processes while ensuring compliance and operational efficiency.As an expert in SAP Fieldglass, you will collaborate closely with clients to assess needs, deliver tailored solutions, and provide ongoing support and integration with enterprise systems. This is a client-facing role requiring strong functional expertise, communication skills, and a problem-solving mindset.Key Responsibilities:Lead end-to-end SAP Fieldglass implementations, including solution design, configuration, testing, deployment, and trainingCollaborate with clients to analyze business requirements and configure Fieldglass modules to align with organizational goalsProvide post-implementation support, troubleshooting, and enhancements for Fieldglass applicationsFacilitate workshops and training sessions to ensure user adoption and effective system utilizationCreate and maintain comprehensive documentation including configuration details, process flows, and user guidesIntegrate SAP Fieldglass with enterprise platforms such as SAP ERP, SuccessFactors, or third-party systemsMonitor system performance and identify opportunities for optimization and automationStay informed on Fieldglass product updates, enhancements, and best practicesAct as a trusted advisor to clients on vendor management, contingent labor, travel, and expense process improvementsPartner with cross-functional teams to ensure successful delivery of Fieldglass solutions on time and within scopQualifications:Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Business Administration, or a related fieldMinimum of 4 years of experience implementing and supporting SAP Fieldglass solutionsIn-depth knowledge of procurement, vendor management, and services procurement processesStrong analytical and troubleshooting skills to resolve complex system issuesProject management experience with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlinesExcellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to engage with clients and internal stakeholdersSAP Fieldglass certification is a strong plusKey Competencies:Customer-focused mindset with a drive for excellence and high-quality deliveryProactive and accountable, with the ability to work independently and within teamsStrong attention to detail and organizational skillsAbility to adapt to changing priorities and thrive in a dynamic environmentEffective collaboration and interpersonal skills to build strong relationships with clients and colleaguesTo Apply:
