The ALS Group is a management consulting firm that provides risk related advisory to larger middle market companies who have EBITDA in the range of $75-$100M. We focus on Real Estate & Development, Consumer Products, Healthcare, Energy and Transactional Support. We were founded in 1993 and have enjoyed measured growth since inception and feel we are ready for the next step in our firm development. We need someone who can work with the Sr. Leadership Team to mature our B2B messaging.The Marketing & Business Development Manager will work closely with the CEO & the Sr. Leadership Team in shaping the firm’s strategic marketing direction by driving growth, enhancing brand visibility, and building the accountability and organization needed to run marketing at a higher level. Leading our in-house marketing team, this leader will oversee and optimize the full marketing engine, including content creation, organic social, and overall digital presence, to strengthen our online presence. This role is designed to lead the strategic vision for our fast-growing Consulting Firm focused on Risk Management. The Marketing Manager will be responsible for developing and implementing new marketing strategies as well as manage the timeline and strategic approach of the company. This role will be mainly leading our junior marketing associate to execute on the implementation you are driving in all areas including, but not limited to, business development, social media, strategy for SEO, email marketing, webinars, events and more. This role reports directly to the CEO and the SVP of Talent Management for the day-to-day involvement in the Firm’s marking efforts. This role will be expected to enhance the Firm’s expertise in project execution meeting overall business growth goals. What you’ll do:Strategic Leadership: Develop and drive the overall marketing strategy, ensuring alignment with the firm’s goals and vision.Digital Advertising: Plan and execute multi-channel marketing initiatives, organic social, and content campaigns, driving growth and performance.Content & Organic Strategy: Oversee content creation and content calendars across platforms, while remaining hands-on when needed to ensure consistent, high-quality output that drives engagement and brand growth.Team Management: Lead and develop an in-house marketing team, fostering a culture of accountability and innovation.Project Coordination: Create and maintain project plans, calendars, and deadlines to ensure timely execution of deliverables.Reporting and Analytics: Implement reliable reporting systems to track ad spending, conversions, and return on investment.Event Coordination: Support and manage logistics for community events, enhancing brand presence and client engagement.Budget Management: Recommend and justify budget allocations and increases based on data-driven insights.Website Oversight: Ensure the firm's website is current, accurate, and effectively supports marketing efforts.What we’re looking for:Marketing Experience: At least 6 years in professional services marketing, with experience in ALS’ target industries, content creation, and organic social, and the ability to oversee a full-funnel marketing strategy.
