Head of Franchise Growth
Position Summary:A privately held, growth-oriented conglomerate is seeking a seasoned Head of Growth to drive its growth strategy and operational efforts. The Head of Growth is responsible for overseeing the franchise growth initiative to ensure best in class market positioning to drive operational outcomes. This role guides all growth functions, aligns compliance with business goals and drives our market positioning to ensure all decisions grow the brand while following rules and regulations of all applicable regulatory bodies. With a focus on enhancing business growth, efficiency, and client service across multiple related companies. The Head of Growth works closely with ownership, operations, finance, and external vendors to ensure strong positioning in all processes. This role manages and coordinates the growth strategy pertaining to the company’s newly founded franchise division including but not limited to online lead generation, and multi-channel business development. The ideal candidate will bring a blend of technical expertise, operational leadership, and a proactive mindset.Prestige Trucking Insurance Franchise is the newest brand in a rapidly growing conglomerate that includes Prestige Trucking Insurance, CSMV Underwriting Managers, and Insure Stack. We have aggressive goals to become the premier franchisor in the trucking insurance space. This is not a traditional corporate role. We are looking for a builder who is driven to help scale an emerging brand into a nationally recognized franchise organization. This candidate should have a strong background in sales, a passion for entrepreneurship, and unrelenting desire to help individuals realize their dreams of business ownership through franchising. The right candidate will have the opportunity to play a major role in the company’s long-term expansion.Key Responsibilities:· Develop and oversee the Franchise Growth Organization, including setting structure, goals, and performance standards. · Growing and mentoring a team of business development professionals · Lead the analytics strategy, planning, and execution for franchise offerings and profitability by turning business problems into hypotheses, establishing KPIs, standardizing metric definitions, and aligning success metrics to create decision-ready insights.· Apply AI tools and automation to streamline workflows, reduce cycle time, and accelerate insight delivery with consistent quality.· Identify potential franchise owners and conduct evaluations to ensure they meet our qualifications and standards.· Partner with franchise candidates as they progress through the qualification and license granting process to ensure that all requirements are met and documentation is received.· Monitor franchisee performance and take corrective actions as needed.· Develop and maintain relationships with key industry partners by attending expos, networking events and conferences as needed to strengthen brands overall positioning.· Partner with Marketing to execute digital strategies (AEO/SEO/SEM, social media, local listing management) to increase high-intent traffic.· Own the end-to-end business development strategy, accountable for pipeline generation and revenue contribution· Build a scalable, high-performing infrastructure for growth by creating optimized SOPs, brand standards, onboarding, and training processes. · Stay up to date with industry trends and best practices to ensure our franchise offerings is competitive and attractive to potential owners.· Leverage data, analytics, and market insights to optimize marketing investments and demonstrate ROI tied to growth objectives by creating measurable business outcomes.· Partner with leadership and key stakeholders to design and implement a forward-looking, organization-wide growth strategy that aligns growth initiatives with the company’s mission, vision, and strategic plan, ensuring long-term sustainability, adaptability, and operational excellence.Qualifications:Required:· 5+ years of progressive franchise development or franchise operation experience· Experience scaling a franchise brand or multi-unit operation· Deep understanding of franchise sales and general sales strategies· Strong leadership, mentoring, and organizational skills.· Highly analytical with strong understanding of attribution and performance metricsPreferred:· Experience in Insurance, service-based business, retail or restaurant franchise operations· Experience building from 0-1 in fast paced franchise companies · Strong track record of automating the franchise expansion process growing and scaling outputs without just growing head count· 8+ Years of Progressive franchise development or franchise operation experienceKey Competencies:· Strategic and operational leadership.· Strong legal, business, and financial acumen.· Analytical and problem-solving skills.· Ability to manage cross-functional teams.· High level of integrity and accountability.· High Degree of Confidentiality· Exceptional organizational and time-management skills.· Proven Ability to handle multiple complex projects with minimal guidance and meet tight deadlines.Working Conditions:· Office-based with standard business hours.· Occasional extended hours during negotiations or operational rollouts.· Up to 25% travel required for franchisee, vendor, or industry meetings.What we offer: · Competitive Base Salary & Full Benefits Package.· Robust Bonus Plan.· High Visibility to Leadership.· Strong Opportunity for Growth and Advancement.· Ability to make a true impact and high autonomy to build your own solutions.
