This role involves troubleshooting, diagnosing issues, and completing a wide range of maintenance tasks within a manufacturing environment.Key ResponsibilitiesPerform preventative maintenance and repairs on production equipment and facility systemsDiagnose mechanical issues and implement effective solutionsInterpret mechanical, hydraulic, and electrical drawingsUtilize precision measuring instruments and maintenance toolsBuild, modify, and repair equipment to meet operational needsEnsure proper use and care of tools, equipment, and materialsCollaborate with team members to meet production and maintenance goalsMaintain a safe, clean, and organized work environmentSupport continuous improvement initiatives related to safety and efficiencyPerform additional duties as assignedRequirementsMust have own toolsStrong understanding of mechanical systems, hydraulics, and basic electrical componentsAbility to read and interpret technical drawings and schematicsExperience with preventative maintenance programsStrong attention to detail and problem-solving skillsAbility to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environmentQualificationsHigh school diploma or GED preferredStrong verbal and written communication skillsCertifications (Preferred)Forklift Operator CertificationCrane Operation Certification
