The ideal candidate possesses a minimum of 3-5 years' plumbing experience, integrity, the ability to build and maintain relationships, and the ability to effectively offer the best solutions for our customers' plumbing needs.Join our team and receive a $5,000 sign on bonus for qualifying candidatesIncome: $75,000-$200,00+ including commissionAvailable Shifts Choose What Works for You We have multiple schedule options for this position.Monday – FridayTuesday – SaturdayMonday – Friday, 9am – 6pmDUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:Repair and maintain pipes, valves, drainage systems, and fixtures in residential structuresInspect and test plumbing systems for safety, code compliance and functionalityTroubleshoot and resolve problemsPrepare cost estimatesCollect payment for services rendered when requiredFollow through on job problems and communicate issues with DispatchKeep abreast of all company sales promotions and pricingAttend training classes and seminars to maintain expertise in the fieldRequired Qualifications:Minimum of 3-5 years' plumbing experienceExperience with Service Titan Mechanical aptitudeValid driver license and insurable driving recordMust pass drug and background screensAbility to work independently and self-manageAble to adapt to new roles and responsibilitiesGeneral sales skills and aptitudeExcellent communication skillsProficient with technologyPHYSICAL DEMANDS/WORKING CONDITIONS:Work will be performed in both indoor and outdoor settings, in various weather conditions, including temperatures above 100 degrees, snow, and other inclement weather; from heights, on ladders, in small spaces, and on rooftops. Frequent standing, squatting, and sitting for extended periods of time is required.
