Registered Nurse (RN) | Progressive Care Unit Location: Greenville, NC Agency: AMN Healthcare Pay: $2,969 to $3,153 per week Contract Duration: 13 Weeks Start Date: 6/8/2026 About the PositionTravelNurseSource is working with AMN Healthcare to find a qualified PCU RN in GREENVILLE, North Carolina, 27835!Job Description & Requirements Registered Nurse – Progressive Care - Travel - (PCU RN) StartDate: 6/8/2026 Available Shifts: 12 N (48 Hrs) Pay Rate: $2969.00 - $3153.00 The population consists of surgical oncology patients, urology, gynecological and colorectal. This includes, but is not limited to: ENT surgeries (radical neck, oral reconstruction total laryngectomy, etc.) Pancreatic/liver surgeries (Whipple surgery) Colon surgery (colectomy, ileostomy, colostomy, wound vac and wound manager) Gynecological surgery/procedures Urology procedures. Patients in this setting may require frequent neurological assessments and collaborative evaluations to manage intermediate care status. Continuity of care is facilitated in this unit through ICU transition for optimization of clinical outcomes. Registered nurses provide care in conjunction with the nursing assistant and medical team. Assignments are based on the patient's needs, the geographical location of the patients, and the resources available. The charge nurse does not have a patient assignment. BLS is required upon hire.
