This role offers direct exposure to board representation, governance matters, and complex real estate work, with the opportunity to grow into a senior role over time.This is an ideal opportunity for an attorney seeking to build deep expertise in the condo/co-op space, work closely with experienced partners, and develop long-term client relationships within a market-leading platform.CompensationBase salary starting at $175,000, with upside based on experience Bonus structure tied to performance and contributions to the group ResponsibilitiesSupport partners in advising condominium and cooperative boards, managing agents, and owners on governance, compliance, and operations Assist in drafting and negotiating governing documents, amendments, and related materials Handle day-to-day legal matters involving board governance, regulatory compliance, and building operations Work on real estate-related agreements, including vendor contracts, access agreements, and related documentation Participate in client communication and gradually take on increased responsibility for managing matters QualificationsJ.D. from an accredited U.S. law school; admitted and in good standing in New York 3+ years of experience in condominium/cooperative law, real estate, or a closely related practice area Strong drafting and organizational skills with attention to detail Ability to manage multiple matters in a fast-paced environment Interest in developing expertise in board representation and governance work What We OfferHybrid schedule (2 remote days per week + 2 fully remote weeks annually) Summer Fridays 401(k) with 10% firm match, medical coverage, and commuter benefits No formal billable hour minimums Direct mentorship from senior attorneys and partners Exposure to a high-volume, well-established client base Clear path for growth into a senior role within the practice
