Job Overview We are seeking a friendly, organized, and sales-oriented Front Desk & Sales Associate for our Wellness Center/Med Spa. Responsibilities Greet clients warmly upon arrival and assist with check-in procedures Manage appointment scheduling using POS systems and ensure smooth flow of daily operations Conduct product demos to educate clients about available treatments and retail items Upsell services and products to meet client needs while maintaining excellent customer service standards Maintain merchandising displays and stock shelves with retail products Perform stock replenishment and inventory management tasks Provide exceptional phone etiquette when scheduling appointments or answering inquiries Assist in maintaining a clean, organized front desk area and spa environment Support team members with retail sales efforts and promotional activities Skills Proficiency in POS systems, cashiering, and retail math calculations Strong customer service skills with excellent communication abilities Experience in upselling, product demos, and retail sales techniques Supervising experience is a plus for leadership opportunities Excellent phone etiquette and professional communication skills This role provides an opportunity to develop sales expertise within a wellness-focused environment while delivering outstanding client care.
