The company is continuing to expand its presence within the protein and dairy packaging markets and is seeking a Regional Sales Manager to take over an established book of business across the Ohio Valley territory.TerritoryTN, IN, KY, OH, MI, Western PA, and Upstate NYPosition OverviewThis individual will be responsible for managing and growing an existing customer base primarily within the protein and dairy spaces, while also identifying new business opportunities throughout the region. The company is known for its high quality flexible packaging solutions, strong operational footprint, and advanced automation capabilities.The ideal candidate will have experience selling high barrier films and flexible packaging solutions into protein processors, dairy accounts, and food packaging customers.Responsibilities• Manage and grow an existing book of business throughout the Ohio Valley region• Develop strong relationships with protein processors, dairy producers, converters, and food packaging customers• Drive new business development initiatives within the territory• Sell high barrier flexible packaging films and related packaging solutions• Work closely with internal technical, operations, and customer service teams to support customers• Maintain strong knowledge of market trends, competitive products, and customer needs• Travel throughout the region as needed to support customers and business growthQualifications• 5+ years of sales experience within flexible packaging, films, or related packaging products• Strong experience selling high barrier films preferred• Experience calling on protein, dairy, or food packaging accounts highly preferred• Proven ability to manage strategic accounts and grow territory revenue• Strong communication and relationship building skills• Ability to work independently within a regional sales role
