We're partnering with a leading healthcare organization seeking a Data Programming Analyst to support innovative cardiovascular and population health research. Details below:Fully on site (NOT remote or hybrid)Pay: Starting at $30/hrLocal candidates only (must be in commutable distance to the Fremont area)What You'll Do:Build and maintain ETL pipelines using data from Electronic Health Records (EHRs) and research databasesDevelop automated workflows and perform data quality assessmentsConduct statistical analyses and support predictive modeling under senior biostatisticiansCreate dashboards, reports, and visualizations for clinical stakeholdersContribute to scientific publications by preparing methods, results, tables, and figuresSupport clinical trial operations, participant tracking, and study reportingRequirements:Bachelor's or Master's degree in Biostatistics, Public Health, Epidemiology, Data Science, or a related field2+ years of experience in biostatistics, clinical research, or healthcare analyticsStrong programming skills in R or Python, SAS and SQLExperience working with EHR or clinical research dataFamiliarity with statistical modeling, data visualization, and scientific documentationExposure to machine learning or medical publications is a plusWe will consider for employment all qualified Applicants, including those with criminal histories, in a manner consistent with the requirements of applicable federal, state and local laws, including the City of Los Angeles' Fair Chance Initiative for Hiring Ordinance (FCIHO), Los Angeles Fair Chance Ordinance for Employers (ULAC), The San Francisco Fair Chance Ordinance (FCO) , and the California Fair Chance Act (CFCA).This position is subject to a background check based on its job duties, which may include patient care, working with vulnerable populations, access to financial and confidential information, driving, working with heavy machinery, or working in a warehouse or laboratory environment.
