Technical Architect Location: Mexico – RemoteEmployment Type: Full-TimeJob Description:We are seeking a skilled GCP Data Engineer/Technical Architect to design, develop, and maintain scalable data pipelines and cloud-native data solutions on Google Cloud Platform (GCP). The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in data engineering, ETL/ELT development, data warehousing, cloud migration, and analytics solutions using GCP services.Key Responsibilities:Design and develop scalable ETL/ELT pipelines on GCP.Build and optimize data solutions using BigQuery, Cloud Storage, Dataflow, and Dataproc.Develop and maintain orchestration workflows using Cloud Composer, Airflow, and Workflows.Design batch and streaming data ingestion frameworks using Pub/Sub, Kafka, and cloud-native services.Implement data quality, validation, monitoring, and auditing mechanisms.Optimize SQL queries and BigQuery performance using partitioning and clustering strategies.Collaborate with stakeholders, architects, analysts, and reporting teams to deliver data solutions.Implement CI/CD pipelines and deployment automation using Git-based repositories.Ensure data security, governance, and compliance through access controls, data masking, and privacy policies.Support cloud migration and modernization initiatives from on-premises or other cloud platforms to GCP.
