What You'll DoDrywall patching, finishing, and texture matchingRepairing holes, cracks, water-damage areas, and general wall imperfectionsLight framing or backing work when neededEnsuring clean, professional job sites and excellent customer communicationDriving to job locations using a company or personal vehicle Requirements:Experience in drywall repair (patching, taping, mudding, sanding, finishing)Construction background with strong hands-on skillsValid driver's license and reliable transportationAbility to work independently and maintain a professional demeanorStrong attention to detail and pride in workmanship Physical Demands: The Drywall Repair Technician role involves performing essential physical tasks such as lifting and carrying materials up to 50 pounds, standing, bending, kneeling, reaching, and working on ladders for extended periods. The position requires the ability to complete construction-related physical tasks with consistent hand-eye coordination for detailed finishing work.
