We are looking for an experience maintenance person.Job duties include, but not limited to:Painting, drywall repair, unit/area cleaning, small plumbing repairs, small HVAC repairs, snow removal, cabinetry installation, tile repair/installation, Trim installation, inventory management, fair housing direction, tenant communication, etc.If you have basic maintenance abilities, the ability to learn hands on or by video, and can follow directions, we would love to talk to you!We will not respond if a resume is not included!
