Assistant Project Manager - Ground up

Coordinate with internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure project timelines are met. Monitor project budgets and control costs effectively. Prepare and manage project documentation, including contracts, schedules, and reports. Conduct site visits to ensure compliance with safety and quality standards. Identify and resolve project issues in collaboration with the project manager. Support the procurement of materials and subcontractor services. Communicate project progress and updates to stakeholders effectively. Strong organizational and multitasking abilities. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work collaboratively with teams and manage multiple priorities.
