System Analyst

We're hiring on behalf of a Haystack partner!The Role• Serve as a senior-level subject matter expert for the analysis, design, configuration, implementation, optimization, and ongoing support of critical healthcare applications.• Translate complex clinical and business requirements into scalable, efficient technology solutions aligned with organizational goals and industry best practices.• Lead and support large-scale projects, system implementations, upgrades, and optimization initiatives using advanced analytical and workflow design expertise.• Identify opportunities to enhance system functionality, operational efficiency, and end-user experience across all phases of the application lifecycle.• Act as a trusted advisor, providing strategic guidance and technical expertise to ensure the stability and success of enterprise solutions.• Perform in-depth investigation and documentation of future-state operational specifications and application functionality.What You'll Need• Minimum two (2) years of experience working with Epic or comparable health system software, OR a minimum of two (2) years of scripting or programming experience.• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Social Science, Education, Business, Health Care, or a related field.• Minimum three (3) years of experience working in IT or operations.• Equivalent work experience may be substituted for the degree requirement.• Proven ability to diagnose, troubleshoot, and resolve complex system incidents.• Experience in creating and reviewing system configuration and procedural documentation.What's On Offer• Competitive salary• Opportunity to work on critical healthcare technology solutions.• Collaborative environment with clinical leaders, business stakeholders, and cross-functional IT teams.• Support for professional development and continuous improvement.Apply via Haystack today!
