ITSM Consultant

We're hiring on behalf of a Haystack partner!The Role• Provide project and program level oversight for key strategic initiatives, focusing on DevSecOps platform and automation.• Facilitate SAFe Agile Scrum, manage projects across technical and financial logistics, and perform business management activities.• Collaborate with engineering, platform, security, vendor partners, and developer experience teams to translate needs into actionable artifacts.• Champion developer productivity, self-service capabilities, and standardized "golden paths" to accelerate enterprise software delivery.• Lead ITSM process implementation, evaluate IT risk matters, and ensure contingency procedures are maintained.• Drive ITSM process and/or service implementation, guiding leadership in ITSM strategy development.What You'll Need• Minimum four (4) years in a leadership role working with process or service teams.• Bachelor's Degree in CIS, Business Administration, or related field, OR a minimum of eight (8) years of IT experience.• Minimum four (4) years implementing or supporting ITSM processes or services.• Experience in SAFe Agile Scrum facilitation and project/program management.• Ability to translate standards, developer needs, and business objectives into key artifacts, features, and user stories.• Strong understanding of DevSecOps principles and developer experience enhancement.What's On Offer• Competitive salary• Opportunity to work on key strategic initiatives within a DevSecOps environment.• Role involves influencing and directing delivery teams and stakeholders.• Chance to champion developer productivity and accelerate software delivery across an enterprise.Apply via Haystack today!
