Registered Nurse (RN) | Neuro PCU Location: Cleveland, OH Agency: Cynet Health Pay: $2,375 per week Shift Information: Nights - 3 days x 12 hours Contract Duration: 13 Weeks Start Date: 4/27/2026 About the Position TravelNurseSource is working with Cynet Health to find a qualified Neuro PCU RN in Cleveland, Ohio, 44195! Job Title: Registered Nurse Profession: Nursing Specialty: Stepdown Neuro Duration: 13 weeks Shift: Night Hours per Shift: 12 hours Experience: Minimum of 18 months of permanent experience in specialty prior to travel. License: Must have a permanent Ohio license or a compact state license in hand. Certifications: BLS, ACLS, NIHSS certification required. Must-Have: Must have 18 months of recent Neuro Stepdown experience; travel experience will suffice. ECG rhythm recognition test and safeMedicate assessment required during orientation, with acceptable scores necessary. Traveler must work at least every other holiday. Description: This position is for a registered nurse specializing in stepdown neuro care. The role involves providing care to patients who require monitoring and specialized support after neuro procedures or complications. Nurses will be responsible for assessing and implementing patient care plans. Candidates must be able to work night shifts. Charting experience is preferred but not a requirement. Unit requires teamwork and collaboration among interdisciplinary staff. The facility has protocols that must be followed, including requirements on immunizations. Travelers are subject to drug screening and background checks. PAPRs will not be considered an alternative for caregivers with facial hair unless approved. Candidates are expected to pick up their badges and complete necessary procedures at the facility prior to starting.
