HR Manager
A growing and evolving organization is seeking an experienced HR Manager to lead human resources operations across multiple locations. This position offers the opportunity to serve as a trusted advisor to leadership while helping drive employee engagement, compliance, talent initiatives, and operational excellence.This role is ideal for an HR professional who enjoys balancing strategic partnership with hands-on execution and thrives in a fast-paced environment.Compensation: $95,000 - $105,000 base salary plus a 20% target bonusThis opportunity offers strong long-term career growth potential and the chance to partner closely with senior leadership while making a meaningful impact on both the organization and its employees.For a confidential conversation, connect with Austen Zemrock on LinkedIn or submit a copy of your resume to learn more.Key ResponsibilitiesServe as the primary HR partner for leaders and employees across multiple locationsProvide guidance on employee relations, performance management, policy interpretation, and workplace concernsSupport recruiting, onboarding, retention, and workforce planning initiativesOversee employee benefits administration and manage relationships with external vendorsPartner with internal stakeholders on HR systems, employee records, and payroll-related processesEnsure compliance with employment laws, company policies, and regulatory requirementsMaintain accurate personnel documentation and support audit readiness effortsAssist with employee engagement, succession planning, and organizational development initiativesIdentify and implement process improvements that enhance the employee experienceSupport organizational growth, change management, and other strategic people initiativesQualificationsBachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field preferredSeveral years of progressive human resources experienceStrong knowledge of employment regulations, employee relations, and HR best practicesExperience supporting benefits, HR administration, and compliance functionsExcellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skillsAbility to influence and build relationships at all levels of an organizationStrong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneouslyProficiency with HRIS platforms and Microsoft Office applicationsPreferred BackgroundMulti-site HR support experienceExperience within manufacturing, operations, distribution, or industrial environmentsProfessional HR certification (SHRM or HRCI) preferredExperience supporting organizations through growth, transformation, or process improvement initiativesRobert Half is the world’s first and largest specialized talent solutions firm that connects highly qualified job seekers to opportunities at great companies.
