This highly visible role offers the opportunity to partner closely with leadership while driving employee engagement, talent initiatives, compliance, and organizational growth.💰 $95,000 - $105,000 Base Salary + 20% Target BonusThis position is ideal for an HR professional who enjoys serving as a strategic business partner while remaining hands-on in day-to-day HR operations.Why Consider This Opportunity?• Competitive base salary of $95,000 - $105,000• 20% target bonus opportunity• Direct exposure to senior leadership• Multi-site HR leadership experience• Strong long-term growth potential• Opportunity to make a meaningful impact on both employees and the organizationFor a confidential conversation, connect with Austen Zemrock on LinkedIn or email your resume to Austen.Zemrock@roberthalf.com.Key Responsibilities• Serve as the primary HR partner for leaders and employees across multiple locations• Provide guidance on employee relations, performance management, workplace concerns, and policy interpretation• Support recruiting, onboarding, retention, and workforce planning initiatives• Oversee employee benefits administration and vendor relationships• Ensure compliance with employment laws, regulations, and company policies• Maintain personnel records and support audit and reporting requirements• Partner with leadership on employee engagement, succession planning, and organizational development initiatives• Identify opportunities to improve processes and enhance the employee experience• Support organizational growth, change management, and strategic HR initiativesQualifications• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field preferred• Progressive human resources experience with increasing levels of responsibility• Strong knowledge of employment regulations, employee relations, and HR best practices• Experience supporting benefits administration and HR operations• Excellent communication, relationship-building, and problem-solving skills• Strong organizational skills with the ability to effectively manage multiple priorities• Experience utilizing HRIS platforms and Microsoft Office applicationsPreferred Experience• Multi-site HR support or leadership experience• Manufacturing, operations, distribution, or industrial environment experience• SHRM-CP, SHRM-SCP, PHR, or SPHR certification preferred• Experience supporting organizational growth, transformation, or continuous improvement initiatives
