The Medical Office Manager will oversee daily operations within the medical office, ensuring smooth workflows and adherence to organizational protocols. A growth mindset is essential for this job. Responsibilities include managing office staff, scheduling, overseeing receptionist duties, ensuring top-notch customer service, and maintaining compliance with healthcare standards. The manager will be responsible for 1 or 2 sites. The manager will be involved in marketing activities related to the site. The role requires effective communication with patients, staff, and external vendors to achieve operational efficiency.Compensation and Benefiets: Health, Dental/Vision Retirement/401K Paid Time Off Professional Development Salary Ranges from 60K to 80K, and is completely dependent on specific qualifications and experience in the role. Performance bonus - is available and can be structured into the compensation package.Qualifications Experience in managing Medical Office operations, including scheduling and workflow coordination Strong Communication and interpersonal skills for effective interaction with staff, patients, and vendors Proficiency in Customer Service to ensure a positive patient experience Familiarity with Receptionist Duties such as appointment handling and office organization. Experience with Athena EHR Well versed in computers and navigating apps. Ability to manage and lead a team effectively in an on-site environment Strong organizational and problem-solving skills References are required
