The Service Advisor Support role is designed to assist the service department in organizing workflow, maintaining clear communication with customers, and ensuring efficient repair processes using dealership and Ford resources. This position is ideal for individuals who are detail-oriented, customer-focused, and eager to learn about the automotive service environment. No prior dealership experience is required-training and certifications will be provided through Ford's training courses.
Roles & Responsibilities:
Create repair orders for customer vehicles.
Invoice completed repair orders.
Schedule and confirm customer appointments.
Organize repair orders and maintain accurate status updates.
Answer customer questions regarding repair status using Ford and dealership systems.
Assist in streamlining repairs by coordinating with technicians, parts, and advisors.
Sell recommended maintenance items when appropriate.
Follow up on customer approvals through email and customer-facing portals.
Complete Ford basic service advisor and warranty certifications.
Schedule: Full Time
