Lonestar Forklift is an integral entity of Leavitt Industrial Group.The OpportunityLonestar Forklift is looking for a Service Dispatcher to join our team in Houston, Texas. As the Service Dispatcher, you will be responsible for the coordination of Service jobs, including scheduling and assigning work to Technicians, and ensuring that services offered meet or exceed the requirements of internal and external customers.Essential Duties & ResponsibilitiesAs the Service Dispatcher, your key responsibilities will include:Scheduling, coordinating, and assigning jobs to Service TechniciansManaging new and ongoing work orders using an ERP systemUtilizing the service scheduler to prioritize and schedule appointmentsCommunicating with Service and Parts team members to ensure workloads are optimized, and customer needs are managed proactivelyManaging incoming job leads using established processesMaintaining professional and effective communication with customersManaging the WIP Report and billing for customers, including reviewing invoice proposals for accuracyEnsuring adherence to safety programs and initiatives, and ensuring incident reports are completed when neededRequired Skills & QualificationsThe ideal candidate will possess the following skills, knowledge, and competencies:Previous work experience related to dispatching or schedulingStrong proficiency with MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)Excellent organizational skills and planning skillsA customer-oriented mindsetExcellent verbal and written communication skillsStrong interpersonal skills, including the ability to work effectively with internal and external customers at all levelsAbility to prioritize manage multiple demands in parallelBenefits & PerksLonestar Forklift is proud to offer competitive compensation and flexible benefits coverage for all eligible employees:Comprehensive medical, vision, and dental benefits for you and your dependentsLife Insurance, Short Term Disability, and Long Term Disability – 100% employer paidEmployee assistance programs401K matchingCompany phone and laptopOngoing professional development opportunitiesThe base pay range for this role is $45,300 to $56,600 annually, depending on experience.This is an onsite role based in Houston, Texas.Lonestar Forklift would like to thank all applicants for their interest; however, only qualified applicants will be contacted by Talent Acquisition for an interview.
