Effectively communicate standards and progress with parents regularlyMaintain productive relationships with parents and other staff membersMaintain records of students' educational and behavioral progress in the OnCourse system and summarize as appropriateIdentify pupil needs and cooperate with other professional staff members in assessing and resolving learning problemsEstablish and maintain standards of student behavior needed to achieve a classroom climate conducive to learningPlan class activities and lesson presentations that are age-appropriate for the class and meet the individual needs, interests and ability levels of all studentsMaintain professional competence and pursue continuous improvement through in-service education and other professional growth activitiesParticipate in school-level planning, faculty meetings/committees, and other school system groupsMake effective use of community engagementMandatory New Staff Orientation - Last Week of AugustCompensation: As per HEA Contract
