Senior MEP Project ManagerPosition OverviewThe Senior MEP Project Manager will oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of MEP projects, ensuring that they are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. This role requires strong leadership skills and a deep understanding of HVAC, plumbing, and fire protection systems, along with proficiency in project management software such as Deltek.Key ResponsibilitiesLead and manage MEP project teams throughout the project lifecycle.Develop project plans, schedules, and budgets in collaboration with stakeholders.Ensure compliance with local codes and standards for HVAC, plumbing, and fire protection systems.Coordinate with architects, engineers, and contractors to facilitate effective project execution.Monitor project progress and address any issues or delays that arise promptly.Conduct regular site visits to ensure quality control and adherence to safety standards.Prepare and present project updates to stakeholders and clients.QualificationsBachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.Minimum of 7 years of experience in MEP project management.Strong knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, and fire protection systems.Experience with Deltek or similar project management software.Excellent communication and leadership skills.Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.Professional Engineering (PE) license is a plus.BenefitsHealth/Dental/Vision90% paid health and dental insuranceRetirement savings plan with 401K MatchPaid time offOpportunities for career development through paid training and education
