We’re looking for someone who understands culture, community, wellness, and modern brand marketing - someone excited by the idea of helping brands show up authentically in real life.You’ll work directly with our partnerships team and founders to identify, prospect, and book meetings with brands that align with the Coffee & Chill audience and mission. This is an ideal opportunity for someone early in their sales career who wants real exposure to partnerships, sponsorships, experiential marketing, and startup growth.What You’ll DoProspect and identify potential brand partners across wellness, beverage, fitness, lifestyle, fashion, hospitality, tech, and CPGBuild outbound campaigns through email, LinkedIn, events, and creative outreachQualify inbound partnership inquiries and schedule meetings for senior sales repsMaintain and organize lead pipelines inside our CRM systemsResearch brands, marketing teams, and decision-makers to personalize outreachSupport sponsorship and partnership strategy across multiple event marketsAttend select Coffee & Chill events and help build relationships in personCollaborate closely with founders, partnerships, and marketing teamsLearn the fundamentals of sponsorship sales, experiential marketing, and strategic partnershipsWho You Are1–2 years of experience in sales, SDR/BDR, partnerships, recruiting, hospitality, or customer-facing rolesNaturally confident communicator with strong energy and people skillsOrganized, proactive, and competitivePassionate about wellness, culture, startups, events, and community-buildingExcited by modern experiential marketing and the future of IRL connectionComfortable with outreach, networking, and relationship-buildingSomeone who wants to grow quickly into a closer or partnerships roleBonus Points If You HaveExperience with HubSpot, Salesforce, Apollo, or outbound toolsWorked in events, nightlife, hospitality, creator marketing, or startupsExisting relationships in wellness, lifestyle, or CPG brandsExperience attending or working experiential events and activationsStrong understanding of social media and creator-driven marketingCompensationCompetitive base salary + commissionOTE: $65,000–$100,000+Fast growth opportunities into Account Executive or Brand Partnerships rolesFlexible hybrid work environmentAccess to major events, founders, operators, and brand leadersOpportunity to help shape one of the fastest-growing wellness communities in the countryIf you’re ambitious, culture-driven, and excited about the future of community and experiential marketing, we’d love to hear from you.
